Welcome to Cognitive Care Coaches blog!

Cognitive Care Coaches is dedicated to helping people with dementia to Live with dignity. Our clients with dementia continue to work in their gardens, play with their grandchildren, enjoy the outdoors, and live their lives to the fullest.

We have taken a unique approach to providing dementia care and our efforts have been recognized and sought after within the healthcare community. What is unique about our approach and why does it work? This blog will serve to explore this and the many other questions surrounding the care of those with dementia.
